I started drawing flowers because
I felt very depressed when I was staying home because of the coronavirus.
I wanted to feel even a little bit of brightness and hope.
It all started when I painted flowers on wine glasses that I was going to throw away and used them as decorations.
Even ordinary objects can become special when depicted. Flowers are a universal and timeless motif that can be felt close to people of all ages and nationalities.
I'm drawn to the fact that I can feel the sunlight through it.
